Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer free shipping on specific products/bundles for U.S. orders. Estimated delivery time is 6–10 business days via USPS or UPS depending on your location. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
International Shipping
We currently only ship within the USA.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. If tracking has not updated within 5 business days of shipment, contact us at [support@trynualla.com].
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows 'delivered' but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors and your local post office. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement.
Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
