By completing a purchase on this website, you ("Customer") expressly agree to the terms set forth in this Refund & Returns Policy. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. Your purchase constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of every term below.
1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our products with a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. The guarantee period begins on the date your order is placed. Customers may submit a refund request beginning on Day 30 from the original purchase date — not before. The window closes at 11:59 PM on the 30th calendar day from purchase. Requests submitted before Day 30 or after the window has closed will not be considered under any circumstance. The 30-day clock begins at checkout and is non-negotiable.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The request must be submitted in writing to support@trynualla.com on or after Day 30, within the guarantee window.
- The Customer must provide the original order number, checkout email address, and a detailed written explanation of their reason for requesting a refund.
- The Customer must provide proof of consistent daily use for the full 30-day period, including dated photographs, dosage logs, or other documentation deemed sufficient at our sole discretion.
- The product must have been used strictly as directed on the label — two capsules once daily, taken 20–30 minutes before bedtime. Misuse, overuse, underuse, or failure to follow label instructions disqualifies the request.
- The Customer must agree to return any unused portion at their own expense to the address provided upon refund authorization.
Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. All decisions are made at our sole discretion and are final. We reserve the right to refuse any refund request — with or without explanation — for reasons including incomplete documentation, suspected abuse, prior refund history, evidence of misuse, or requests submitted in bad faith. Any approved refund is a courtesy, not an entitlement.
3. Non-Refundable Items & Circumstances
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Requests submitted before Day 30 or after the 30-day window closes
- Products not used as directed on the label
- Products purchased during clearance events, flash sales, bundles, or with a promotional code offering 40% or greater discount
- Shipping, handling, processing, or transaction fees of any kind
- Subscription renewals not cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the billing date
- Orders flagged for fraud, abuse, or repeat refund history
- Digital products, downloadable guides, or bonus materials
- Gift purchases redeemed by a third party
4. Damaged or Defective Product
If your product arrives physically damaged or defective, you must notify us at support@trynualla.com within 3 calendar days of delivery with clear photographic evidence of the damage, the shipping label, and the product as received. Claims submitted after 3 days will not be honored. Verified damage claims will be resolved with a replacement product at our discretion in lieu of a monetary refund.
5. Return Shipping & Processing
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Returns sent without prior written authorization will be refused and discarded, and no refund will be issued. A non-refundable $9.95 processing fee will be deducted from any approved refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Subscription Orders
Customers enrolled in any auto-ship or subscription program are solely responsible for managing their subscription. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing date through the customer account portal. Charges for renewals already processed are final and non-refundable, regardless of claimed circumstances. By enrolling, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
We operate a zero-tolerance policy on chargebacks. By completing your purchase, you agree to resolve all billing concerns directly through our support team at support@trynualla.com before contacting your bank or payment processor, and to allow our team a minimum of 5 business days to respond. We reply to every legitimate inquiry — there is no reason to initiate a chargeback before contacting us.
Initiating a chargeback without first exhausting our internal process is a direct violation of these terms. In the event of a dispute, we reserve the right to submit full evidence to the bank, permanently blacklist the Customer across our brand and affiliated brands, report the dispute to chargeback fraud databases, and pursue recovery of disputed funds plus any associated legal and administrative costs.
8. FDA Statement & Health Disclaimer
Our products are dietary supplements only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
Individual results vary and are influenced by factors outside our control, including diet, lifestyle, sleep environment, stress, underlying health conditions, medication interactions, and adherence to suggested use. Dissatisfaction based on failure to achieve a specific health outcome does not constitute grounds for a refund.
By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are solely responsible for consulting a qualified healthcare provider before use — particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, taking prescription or over-the-counter medications, living with a known or suspected medical condition, or have experienced prior adverse reactions to supplement ingredients.
- If you have a known or suspected allergy to any ingredient listed on the product label, you must not use this product. You are solely responsible for reviewing the full ingredient list before purchase. Nualla bears no liability for adverse reactions resulting from use by individuals with known ingredient sensitivities.
- Failure to consult a healthcare provider where advisable is made entirely at your own risk and does not constitute grounds for a refund or any claim against Nualla.
- If you experience any adverse reaction, discontinue use immediately and seek medical attention. Do not delay care in reliance on any product or information provided by Nualla.
Nualla accepts no liability for health outcomes, adverse reactions, or complications arising from failure to review the label, consult a physician where warranted, or follow suggested use instructions.
9. Manufacturing & Quality
Our supplements are manufactured in the United States through our fulfillment partner in FDA-registered, GMP-compliant facilities. Variations in capsule color, fill weight, or sediment within acceptable manufacturing tolerance are normal and do not constitute a defect.
10. Policy Modifications & Final Authority
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of purchase governs your order. All refund decisions are final and non-appealable.
